2008, WHAT IS THERE TO SAY?
its been a rollercoaster to say the least.
we started the year off right, with some bottle poppin...
we toasted to what we thought would be the greatest year in our lives
with nearly everyone 21 already.. (except louie)
we were ready to get down with the get down, and release ourselves out into this wild wild world. so we popped our bottles of crystal, and toasted to good times.
2008 was gonna be our year!

The year of GMFB sure did get started fast, cus the first BDAY up was JLYN!
a packed house at VAULT... of all places...
i think jlyn had one helluva time i guess.

haha, so with jyln knocked out, life progressed..
school etc etc, and work, etc etc.
time travelled, not much happened in between, just stuff.
so heres the road we travelled.

eric wasn't the only one who found somebody..
i did too. i found a jennifer, a trang-jennifer.
although things didn't work out for us, i still cherish what we had.
she meant alot to me, and i hope i meant something to her.
i still care about her, and i always will.
but it is what it is.

GOOD TIMES, GOOD FOLKS...
so we set up a trip to pismo. shit was great.
ATV's - BEER - FOOD - LIQUOR
some of the most memorable moments of the year for me were in pismo.
tear drops, beer relays, and much needed vacation time.
it's gonna be hella sick when we head back in '09.

THE WEBSITE LAUNCH...
so back from vacation, well rested and ready to party. we all did work.
website up, photos edited, party planned, tiki packed.
the launch party was a good night, and it only boosted our confidence.
we got our swag up, and we partied hard. it was merely a preview of things to come.

MIKE BORJA . COM'S GRADUATION
so another family milestone was the graduation of my cousin mike.
you guys all know him, he's world famous for his "Vicious Vegetarians and Ferocious Frutarians"
haha, but yeah, he graduated, after his long 8 year journey of SJSU and Academy of Art in SF..
we was proud of you mang. keep on keepin on, like a choo choo train.

my moms face is like, "fuuuck mike, about gottamn time!"

TENTS AND FOOD, AND DIRTY GHETTP KIDS...
after the grad, summertime hit. and with summertime comes our annual family camping trip.
all 9874389752498 of us cousins go campin in one spot.
Its like the Philippines in random CA wilderness for 3 - 5 days.
all camping trips are to us, is family gatherings, where we drop society for a few days.
we hunt like savages, drink like irish folk, and jsut have a good ole' uncivilized vacation.

PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPLORATION...
THE MOD SHOOT - the shoot of all shoots that i only shot for an hour.
hahaha. daaamn, the MOD shoot with the ROCKSTAR girls.
they're all pretty, but it sucks cus hair and makeup took 59807743095283 hours.
although katrina did do a wonderful job, it'd have been cool if i shot for at least 2 - 4 hours.
but it was memorable, and fun, yet tiring at the same time.

MEL'S (GMFB'S BABY SISTER) 21ST HOUSE PARTY BDAY THING...
a celebration for legalness for meldok took place at club dallas cowboys. hahaha
daaamn, they got fucked up this season.
but thats besides the point. and has no relevence to this post. haha
anyway, mel turned 21, and celebrated a joint party with alfred and some other chick..
oh shiit, shes gonna come out and play and kill folks at the club. no lie.

VIVA LAS VEGAS...
my first visit to vegas without family, and over 21 years of age.
FUCK YEAH! time to party. WHICH I DID.
but the main reason i went, was for mikes art show. @ house of commons LV.
SJ fixed was there, LV fixed also, and the T100 Crew. hahaha. but as far as partying..

the days we spend money on each other, and spread our joy.
christmas don't even seem like christmas. its crazy.
as kids, we'd wait all year, build up our list, and suckup like crazy the month before.
hoping to get that new whatsit or whosit to play with.
but lately, it dont seem that way.
we still tho, share our joy.
through secret santas and gift exchanges.
and i love my family.
